Ready to ignite your spark and enter the Multiverse? During this event you will be able to learn the basics of gameplay, dive into the guidelines of deckbuilding, play your first tournaments or just find some gaming friends.

At the Magic Academy you can get an introduction to the rules and cards of the game. Over the course of the event, you’ll learn through playing casual games of Magic with beginner-friendly cards, all with some helpful Magic experts ready to assist you.
If you already have a deck and know how to play, the Magic Academy can help you to find fellow players and introduce yourself to the local Magic community.
Our Magic tutors also teach you to construct a deck of your own card pool or from the contents of Play Boosters. You’ll learn how to pick a strategy, the basics of mana, and which format suits you best.
If you don’t want to attend as a player, spectators are warmly welcome!

Your very first chance to play with the cards from the brand-new set. Gets 6 booster packs, build your own deck and try out all the exciting new cards and mechanics in a friendly, informal tournament.

Every participant receives 1 exclusive serialized dragon token. 1 booster pack per player goes into the prize pool.
As a participating player you receive 6 unopened booster packs, then you construct a 40-cards-deck from only those cards and basic lands. You may add as many basic lands as you’d like, even if they weren’t in the booster packs you opened. Then you play 1v1 matches against opponents who are also using Sealed decks.
